Explanation regarding the unexpected shutdown of the client area

In light of the recently published PHP vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, we have decided to take our client portal and other client-related portals offline as a precautionary measure.

This measure only affects the availability of the client panel and does not affect your services. There have been no signs of a hack or attack; this step is taken solely to prevent exploitation of the new vulnerabilities.

We understand such a drastic measure is inconvenient and may impact your workflow. For urgent matters you can reach our support team, which will remain available until the patch has been applied:

Uitleg over het abrupt offline halen van het klantenpaneel

Wegens de recent bekendgemaakte PHP-kwetsbaarheden CVE-2026-109618 en CVE-2026-109619 hebben wij besloten om het klantenpaneel en andere klantgerelateerde portalen preventief offline te halen.

Deze actie heeft enkel invloed op de beschikbaarheid van het klantenpaneel en heeft geen invloed op onze verdere dienstverlening. Er zijn geen aanwijzingen gevonden van misbruik van deze kwetsbaarheden; deze stap is uitsluitend preventief.

Wij begrijpen dat het vervelend is dat het klantenpaneel offline is. Voor urgente kwesties kun je terecht bij onze supportafdeling, die bereikbaar blijft totdat er een mitigatie voor de kwetsbaarheden is doorgevoerd:
