General Notice-and-Take-Down (NTD)

LiteServer B.V. follows the Dutch NTD-Procedure for all NTD-notifications. This procedure is an agreement between the Dutch ministry of justice, the content industry and the internet industry. In most cases, the Dutch NTD-Procedure requires the notifier to first send a notice to the content provider. The content provider is the entity that made the content available through the internet to a third party. If the notifier and the content provider are not able to come to an agreement, the notifier should send the NTD-notification to [email protected].
